Tile from Katie’s 2021 solo show in Paisley. Using ready made domestic items and the limited range of facilities in domestic settings, the tile has permanent marker on, which was set by kitchen over, and pink permanent marker smudged with finger and left to set in the heat and light of the sun.
Please note,as the work was made to reflect making in the times of lock-down the work has not been set in kiln and therefore may smudge if really really pushed. They are solid but please be gentle with them <3
